PROFESSIONAL COACHING
Education and Training Solutions, LLC provides one-on-one and small group professional growth and development coaching opportunities to support individuals as they navigate a personalized, professional development curriculum.
Professional coaching opportunities include three critical components: assessment, challenge, and support. The assessment helps identify what needs to be addressed during the session(s). The challenge is a mutually developed response to those needs. Support is provided through continuous check-ins by the trainer and opportunities for continued education and training services.
After an initial assessment that includes personality and career interest inventories, a personalized training agenda will be developed that includes any of the following topics.

- Identifying associations that align with career aspirations and opportunities for involvement
- Presenting papers at conferences and workshops
- Keeping up with technology, systems, and processes
- Learning about new developments in the career field of interest
- Improving existing skills
- Taking on new challenges in current position and accepting opportunities for growth
- Leveraging role playing exercises and case studies to address real problems and common workplace occurrences
