Connection and relatability are two of the most important factors when it comes to working with people. The measure of an effective training is more than how well an instructor can build and deliver a curriculum. While those aspects are important, at the onset participants must experience some level of connection with the trainer. At Education & Training Solutions, LLC we take pride in taking time to connect with individuals to discover what motivates them and how we can best support them on their journeys.

Our concept of providing an education is to impart knowledge through intellectual instruction with the goal of meeting stated learning outcomes. Instruction can take place using any of the following formats: in-person; a learning management system using synchronous or asynchronous instructional methods, virtual platform; or using a hybrid approach. At Education & Training Solutions, LLC we provide a variety of options to meet the learning and developmental needs of those we serve.

Our team believes that education and training are complementary. We employ a method where education focuses on theories and gaining a foundational understanding of the “whys”, while training focuses on the practical implementation of those principles. Often, once individuals have gained understanding, they require additional support with how to actually do something with that knowledge. At Education & Training Solutions, LLC we provide opportunities to both learn and execute so participants are prepared to use what they have learned to meet their stated goals.

Often, individuals participate in education and training events and, a few months after, their drive to implement learned strategies begins to dwindle. As humans, we thrive on encouragement. When people have someone checking on them intermittently and reminding them that they have the ability and tools to press forward, that builds confidence and a renewed sense of commitment. At Education & Training Solutions, LLC the relationship does not conclude at the end of the training. Our team remains in contact to remind participants that we value them and provide long-term support.

About the CEO
Dr. Kimberly Wolfe serves as founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Education & Training Solutions, LLC. She is an experienced trainer, adult educator, and administrator with a passion for coaching and developing people. Kimberly earned her PhD in Educational Policy and Leadership with an emphasis in Workforce Development from The Ohio State University. Additionally, Dr. Wolfe earned a master’s degree in counselor education and bachelor’s degree in business education, both from South Carolina State University.
Dr. Wolfe is currently an assistant professor with the University of Arkansas Fort-Smith, College of Business and Industry. Moreover, she is co-founder of Precocity Early Childhood Development Center and serves as an early childhood education trainer and consultant. Kimberly serves her community as a director on the West Memphis School Board and West Memphis Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors..
With her varied experience in PreK through higher education and state government settings, Dr. Wolfe is well-positioned to support individuals and organizations from both theoretical and practical points of view.
