Instruction can take place using any of the following formats: in-person; a learning management system using synchronous or asynchronous instructional methods, virtual platform; or using a hybrid approach. Our team believes that education and training are complementary. We employ a method where education focuses on theories and gaining a foundational understanding of the “whys”, while training focuses on the practical implementation of those principles. Often, once individuals have gained understanding, they require additional support with how to actually do something with that knowledge. About the CEO
Dr. Kimberly Wolfe serves as founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Education & Training Solutions, LLC. She is an experienced trainer, adult educator, and administrator with a passion for coaching and developing people. Kimberly earned her PhD in Educational Policy and Leadership with an emphasis in Workforce Development from The Ohio State University. Additionally, Dr. Wolfe earned a master’s degree in counselor education and bachelor’s degree in business education, both from South Carolina State University.
Dr. Wolfe is currently an assistant professor with the University of Arkansas Fort-Smith, College of Business and Industry. Moreover, she is co-founder of Precocity Early Childhood Development Center and serves as an early childhood education trainer and consultant. Kimberly serves her community as a director on the West Memphis School Board and West Memphis Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors..
With her varied experience in PreK through higher education and state government settings, Dr. Wolfe is well-positioned to support individuals and organizations from both theoretical and practical points of view.
