SPONSORSHIPS
Education & Training Solutions, LLC addresses training and professional development needs of deserving individuals and small businesses through contributions from others who care to make a difference. Many people wonder what they can do to impact their communities, our economy, and the world. One way is to invest in people, their abilities, and their dreams.
All sponsorship funded training opportunities encompass three, critical components: assessment, challenge, and support. The assessment helps identify what needs to be addressed during the session(s). The challenge is a mutually developed response to those needs and how they will be addressed through the training(s). Support is provided through quarterly check-ins from the trainer and opportunities for the participant to receive additional scholarship funds for continued education and training services.
Scholarship recipients contribute $5 as an investment in themselves and to support others in need of training. Each small business recipient contributes $15 to support another small business owner in need of training. Contributions are allocated to the Paying it Forward Scholarship Fund.
Scholarship opportunities are marketed through the E&T Solutions, LLC social media pages, high school and college student services offices, chambers of commerce, and word of mouth. The names of scholarship recipients and donors are listed on the E&T Solutions, LLC website, if desired.

This level of sponsorship requires a contribution of $50 to support a 2-hour training session for a selected individual.
To Whom Much is Given Sponsorship:
This level of sponsorship requires a $500 contribution to provide a 3-hour, customized or premier training session for a small business.

Paying it Forward Sponsorship:
This level of sponsorship requires a contribution of $1 or greater that will assist with the ongoing training and professional development of individuals and small business teams who previously received a Purposed for Greatness or To Whom Much is Given scholarship.
